Definitely not. If you want to be told a time, get there, and wait for 2.5 hrs for the mechanics (there are Two Mac mobile mechanics. Something I wish I'd known considering I was meeting them in a desolate parking garage where my car was stuck and they arrived in a big panel van, but that's besides the main point) to finally arrive. Call Mac mobile.
If you want to be told the lateness was due to getting lost because, you know this isn't the day and age of gps and apps, call Mac mobile!
If you want to then have someone charge you for a service they did not complete. Nor even come up with a semi resolution to (thankfully my boyfriend was there and he pointed out the issue)Call Mac mobile.
If you want to then find out that they actually drastically exacerbated the issue making it far worse. You might want to call Mac mobile and get your money back.
But keep in mind they'll be too busy running their scam on others so they won't return your call. It's best to not call Mac mobile....
Call anyone else.. Any thing else but Mac mobile.
Review: On May 23,2013, [redacted] came to my home after reaching out to him that I needed work done on my car. I found his advertisement on [redacted]'s list, were he announced that he has 20 yrs experience. Now he came to my home wher he worked on my car. When I came outside he asked for me to start my car. I started my car and the engine started to tick. He told me to turn the engine off and he connected a device to check the codes. He the started the car again and asked for me to lift the hood. He was only suppose to do a tune up ,but told me I needed a ignition coil. So I asked hoe much would that be and he said about $80.00 more dollars. I went from $353 00 to $423.00. I went in the house and, about a hour and half later he was done. When I came out he said he was done and that my engine was still ticking because off the spacing in the barrings in the oil pan, and that I should take it to a mechanic that has a lift. He suggested a mechanic down the street. So I took it to the mechanic down the street who then told me that the ticking is that my engine is about to ho and that I needed a new engine. He said that if he was a certified mechaniche knew the ticking meant the engine was about to go. So he said I just got beat out of my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money and money for me getting back and forth to work which left me without a car.
