Mac Oil Heating

Review: Mac Oil installed a water storage tank with a lifetime warranty in 2009. The storage tank started to leak in 2013. Mac Oil told us to purchase a new one which was done on 12/**/2013 and he would install this while taking the old tank and putting through the claim for the old tank. Mac Oil has sent me numerous text messages saying do not worry that I will get my money. The company taking the claim, HTP, is claiming that the storage tank that was taken out of my house was already claimed back in 2008. The tank from my house is currently being stored at [redacted] in [redacted]. Mac Oil is now telling me that I will not get the money back and there is nothing he can do. I have the receipt for the new tank and the messages from Mac Oil.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimburse the 821.57 dollars spent on the storage tank. I am not looking for the money I paid to install the new tank.
