The Best Critic Journal ever,
I have no *** clue of what experience other ppl had with this big company of tons of ppl and employees, Mine has been the most horrible of all time. Its a trap, I spend only 1 night in there apartment which was one horrible night from every corner and when I visit there office for assistance the next day, that's today I have got responses which were never expected by me when I was planning to move in here, they were as follows:
1 - live with us in the broken house we put you in.
2 - pay 3 months of rent and leave.
Wao how amazing is that, for staying 1 night I have to give 2000$, well I don't want to leave this place coz of my personal issues, I wanna leave coz this property from every angle is nothing but a big *** hole with noisy bad AC, bad noisy harsh shower, dirty water, up heater, and hardly the temperature is controlled in the kitchen or bathroom, this might be a very big organization whose business might keep going and is possibly not effected by a review by me, that doesn't mean that I would stop reaching out to people, this reviews would help international people to stay very very far from the trap.
My apartment flooded 4 times in August. The floors were not treated or repaired properly, so they molded and gave me a sinus infection. The floors were not replaced until October, at which point no trim was installed. Trim was just installed today, which means that it took Mac Properties 6 MONTHS to complete a simple project that should have take 2 days. I cannot believe with the nonsense that I've had to tolerate for this project and I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT IN JULY. Avoid basement units like the plague, and consider living elsewhere.
Our air conditioner has been out since the middle of March, 2017. They have stated again and again that they are "waiting on a warranty" to come through, well it's been almost 6 months now and there is still no update on the situation. They have put in window units in the apartment, but all they do is keep it moderately cool and fill the apartment with humidity. The amount of humidity that it brings in has started causing moisture to build up in the above the kitchen. I have sent emails monthly about the situation, but just keep getting the same run around. They also have not offered any discount or compensation and have been paying full rent this whole time.
The AC unit in the apartment is out and is under warranty. We are having issues with the installer to get them to resolve the issues. We did provide the tenant with window AC units so that they did have AC during the summer months. We are more than willing to review his KCPL invoices and credit the tenant back for any usage above and beyond had there not been a window unit in the apartment. The tenant needs to email me copies of his invoices to ***.
