hello I purchase the product from a *** food store at locate at *** *** *** *** ** the store manger contacted me and notice the situation and inform their insurance claim company and contacted me but they dont contact me until I have to call them and look for them myself like
they seem to not clear and wait til later *** nothing happen the person that handle the case was *** *** and our claim nois *** I had to call the number many time and finalky able to speak to them they just say wait till update

An Offer of $was extended to the customer on 5/17/2017.Customer declined yet made no demand $$.Medical records received, and contact with customer is pending a return call to discuss resolution.There is no confirmation that the milk is what caused the child's illness, yet we have made a good faith effort to resolve

The adjuster spoke to [redacted] from Mr. [redacted]'s atty's office I spoke with [redacted] in Attorney [redacted]'s office.  She showed the indemnity payment listing to the attorney and he felt it looked fine.  She then called the clmt to find out why he make the complaint and he stated he did not know why he did that.  He had no good reason to give her.  She feels that he will not be pursuing this Please close your case

yes also ur employee said it take 30 day for the report and get back at me and took 60day ur agent never contact me unless I call many time amd leave message
