Review: [redacted] is the owner of Mac Services Northwest and was supposed to repair my iPhone 4s. My phone screen had shattered and [redacted] told me he could have it replaced in 24 hours. The next day when I went in to pick up my phone, [redacted] told me he did not have the right replacement and that it would take one day longer. The following day, [redacted] still had not finished my phone. When I emailed him, he did not respond. When I called, he yelled at me and told me that he would finish it the next day. The next day I went in to get my phone and he said it would be finished in a few hours and that he would drop it by my work for me. When he still had not come by several hours later, I called to make sure that he was still bringing my phone. He yelled at me for calling and hung up on me. So I called again, and again he yelled at me for asking him when my phone would be finished. He finally finished and returned my phone to me four days after he said he would. The repair was fine, and looked exactly as it should. Overall, my experience with Mac Services Northwest was very unpleasant. He was incredibly disrespectful to me, called me names, and repeatedly hung up on me. I felt taken advantage of. Even though my phone is as good as new, I honestly wish I hadn't put myself through the stress of dealing with the company. I would much rather have a shattered screen than the treatment I received from Mac Service Northwest.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the iPhone 4s screen replacement. I payed $125 cash to have it replaced under the agreement that it would be finished and ready for pickup in 24 hours. It took four times as long to get my phone back, and I felt horribly taken advantage of.
