I tried so hard to resolve the issue but customer every option I gave the item was sent to the wrong customer and the item and the item drew got belongs to the other customer so I tried with him to return the item and get his refund but he insisted to keep the item and issue a refund as well his item was refunded back to me by other customer im just waiting for him to return the item and he will get a refund he finally stated he opened the item and is keeping it he doesnt want to solve this see attached documents:

I did offer you to return the item and you refused.I offered to send you shipping label via mail since you claimed you have no printer.I offered you to send return shipping label and have *** come to you house to pick the package and you still refused.I did every thing to credit your money back but non of the solutions I offered satisfactory to you.Mistakes happens not because to intent to make them .I asked you to open a return request with *** so you have the item shipped and get your money but you refused and you insisted that you don't have to return it by the FCC rules.there is an return request on *** called item not as descriped to be able to return but you just want to keep the item and the refund.you continued threading me with law suites and I did not reply to your comments , you called a lier and still did not respond to you comment.you send a message through *** that you opended the drill and you are keeping it.This issues should not be an issue , they problem could been resolved within 3day by returning the item and the shipping on me then once I get it I will refund your money.you make something out of nothing.? ?
