Poor management and poor community! I've lived her for almost years now and it's been issue after issues with this place When I first moved in her here, I moved in with my boyfriend who was already living here and within the first months there was a woman that would hang out in the storage room right next to our apartment and shoot up heroin The walls are incredibly thin so she could have heard anything we were talking about in our living room She would also smoke cigarettes and take pills in there as well, there would be pill bottles and syringe caps left in that areaWhen our next door neighbors moved in they would constantly have people in and out of their apartment, it's a one bedroom and I'm sure there are about people living there With them having so many people over my boyfriend and I have no place to park near our apartment and end up having to park behind the building quite a bit Our next door neighbors would also smoke weed and do several other drugs, they had loud music for quite awhile and it seems as though that was the only thing our landlord managed to do for us is have them keep it downOur neighbors also have a dog that they keep cooped up in their apartment and do not bother to let out to go to the bathroom at all, sometimes the hallways smell like dog crap and ***My car has been broken into, the glove box rifled through and my boyfriends brand new car had pizza smeared and garlic sauce smeared all over it Our neighbor across the hall had their apartment broken into, the door torn right off the hingesLast year, our ceiling started to leak during a heavy storm and we're on the second floor The person above us had to move to a different apartment because of the damages and the people below us had their living room flooded It took them 2-months to get it fixed and when they "did" all they did was come into our apartment and paint over the stains Right now, I can still see all the water stains on my ceiling despite them painting over itJust a night or so ago during a storm, our ceiling near the kitchen started leaking against with a significant water stain on it and we were told it's because we have our ac too low We've had our ac pretty low for the past months and the only time it starts to supposedly leak is during a stormIt is never THEIR fault it is always YOUR fault I would not recommend this place to anyone, the few positives are far outweighed by all the negatives there are plenty other apartments in the area that are way better Needless to say we are getting out of here as soon as we possibly can

Bed bugs have been living on our wallsWhen we contacted the Office Management we expressed our concerns that they might be coming through the wallsThey had us and the two joining apartments inspected and treated and treated ours for free because one of the attached units they inspected was previously infestedWe never stopped getting bittenThey didn’t kill them all but we were told that we should wait a couple days for them to all dieWhen we contacted the management again they said that “the treatment lasts months but we reinfested” so we would have to payAfter explaining that they never died and the treatment failed she resisted and said I was wrong and that all the bugs diedI then asked if I could speak to the exterminator and she said noI then asked if I could hire my own pest control who might do a better job and she said no because that was part of my agreement I signed and that the exterminator did an outstanding jobI then called a local pest control office for advice and they said that bed bugs DO move through walls and that they will probably reinfest us over and over until all units are treatedWe are stuckWe have no power to get rid of these pests under the incompetent and unsympathetic rule of the management hereDon’t rent hereThat’s my good advice to you
