Case number XXXXXXXX is not a case of a (over charge) bill issue but a case of the individual being mad
because they had their vehicle towed by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for Investigation after a road rage accident where the other driver was air lifted to Ft Worth and still remains in critical conditionThe OCC sets the rates for all wrecker services in the statewhich we follow accordinglyhttp://www.occeweb.com/tr/nonconsensualtowing.htm
I will provide a copy of tow bill to show the break down of charges for anyone who would like to review themBecause the fact of the matter is we didn't charge all that the state allows for the time we were on the accident scene
On the fact of this business being shady that is just another jab because the individual is mad and had OHP called on them again after arriving at our location due to them & I quote "going to stomp a hole in the Owners A**"
After one OHP officer spoke with the individuals he advised them to wait and the supervisors would be arriving shortly to talk with themBut they chose to leaveThen again on the weekend the individual called our Wrecker service which has a driver available 24/Where again mad and wanted to talk with the bossThey were advised the driver could answer any question they had but still they didn't want to talk to the wrecker driver, so the individual was advised the owner was gone for the weekend and they could talk with him Monday morningAfter this transaction the individual kept calling repeatedly and told the driver he would call him every minutes all night longAt this point the Wrecker driver calls OHP and advised them of the situation and passed the phone number onAfter this we were never in contact with individual againThey called and turned in a claim with their insurance and had another body shop pick the vehicle up

He's a joke and a liarHe charged double what the state allows and he tried to say it's because he had to wait to tow my vehicleHe had to wait on the other carI didn't give OHP consent to impound my vehicle till 9:30pmHe was on scene waiting for the other vehicle not mineFor the record the lady side swiped my truck and drove for another 2/10ths of a mile before striking a poleMight want to release all the facts not just what makes you look goodBeware of this tow company
