The job was exterior painting of a bedroom home and restraining of the deck and replacing of spindles and boards
There was no specified deadline in the contract and he took about *months* to finish a job that should have taken no more than a weekThey came for 3-hour stints maybe twice a week, leaving an inconvenient pile of ladders in our drivewayThe trim painting of the home looked alright, however, the front door was painted sloppily (there were bristles of a cheap brush painted into the door, dried drippings, and paint that dried onto the window of the door)
When asked to the front door he neglected to answer his phoneWe drove to his home to ask him to come to finish the job (the spindles on the porch were unfinished and scrap lumber was left in the yard) He never returned and Never answered our phone calls
