resolved. I recently filed a complaint against Macbeth shoes regarding a failure to refund a returned pair of shoes. They emailed me this morning to let me know the shoes have been received and a refund issued.  I wish to drop the complaint against them.

Review: I purchased a pair of shoes on April 1st. We received the shoes about 7 days later. The shoes did not fit, so I contacted the company via email to determine the best return method. I mailed the shoes back via UPS and they arrived on April 20th. I contacted them again to see if they received the shoes on the 28th. They said they had not yet. I contacted them again regarding my refund about a week later and again after that and they have since stopped responding to my emails. I paid 54.99 for the shoes. I paid 15.00 shipping to the company. I paid 18.00 to return the shoes. If they cannot find the shoes or anything, they should respond. I even purchased another pair of shoes from them in the right size as a measure of good faith. The least they could do is respond.Desired Settlement: I would like my 54.99 plus tax, possibly even shipping because I have been very patient with this company and they have stopped communicating with me. I have spent almost 175.00 with this company between shipping and purchases. I need some of that money back.
