Company will not return phone calls or e-mails for issues regarding a warrantee claim.On no less than 6 occasions over the last two months I have tried to contact macbookadapter.com regarding a warrantee issue on a power adapter I purchased in Apr 2013 that claimed to have come with a 2 year warrantee. I have e-mailed the company through their internal web mail system, through regular e-mail and called and left phone messages and have not heard 1 word back from them. Desired SettlementOriginally I simply wanted them to fix/replace the adapter that I purchased from them. The problem is my computer has been without a power cord for over two months while I've been trying to get them to respond to me so I had to go acquire an adapter from another vendor. I would simply like to have my money refunded at this point as I believe that I reasonably exhausted every venue to have them warrantee their product. A refund would be preferred but I would accept a replacement as well. Business Response Our web site Clearly states that all he needs to do is to send an email to '[redacted]'. We never received one. All he needs to do is to send an email.
