Review: On Jan [redacted] I ordered a battery. I was promised delivery in 3 to 4 days. Two weeks later I still have not received the battery. The website says availability 24/7, however no one is there. No one answers emails. No one answers the phone. A recording indicates all persons are busy and leave a message. Messages are not returned.Desired Settlement: I expect delivery or a refund.

Review: I ordered the incorrect battery model and asked for an exchange. I was emailed back by one of their representatives named [redacted] with the following below. I did exactly as requested and then sent them the tracking number. The tracking number showed it as delivered but I did not hear back from them. I emailed politely once, and no response. Then I waited for after the holidays, and still no response. Then I was becoming frustrated. At that point I was just hoping for a refund for my now lost battery. It was about $50.00. Review: I had purchased an A1286/[redacted] Macbook 15" battery from this company, but I had realized once I got it that I had purchased the wrong battery. I tried to contact them for an exchange, which was well within the advertised time frame. They advertise an exchange program of "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return a battery back to us within 30 days either for a full refund or exchange". They also advertise "After 30 days we offer 1 year exchange warranty". They have not returned my phone calls, emails, or chat support on their site.Desired Settlement: I would like to exchange the battery for the correct model I need, an A1286/A1321.
