Sold me the wrong weapon. I'm just going to explain my experience I had at this store you take it how you want. I went to the store looking at weapons. I saw what was suppose to be a uts15. I talked to an a employee that day and thought I asked if the weapon was suppose to cycle the shells alternately which all uts15 are suppose to do. The tag on the weapon says uts15. Well the complaint model is called a uts 7+7 not uts 15. I did not notice the box said uts 7+7 until I tried to cycle the weapon in the way it's suppose to do when the selector is in the middle position. Feel free to look up the different models online.The complaint model only cycles for one side at a time. So I called the store to speak to the owner and he was very rude telling me they don't make a uts 7+7 so I hung up on him. Then he tried calling me back but was unable to answer the phone. So I called back and asked for him and was told he was on the phone with [redacted] the company that makes these shotguns and was told to call back. So I called back a half hour later to find out that he stated he was sold the wrong weapon that he previously claimed didn't exist. Said it was all the vendors fault and did not take any responsibility for selling me the wrong weapon. I believe the gun store should have the correct model on the tag of the weapon. Basically he received the weapon and didn't verify he was selling the correct weapon but still he says it's not his fault. At the point he found out he was wrong he told me to wait while he contacted the vendor. I have called a few times to find out what's going on and 3 weeks later he says he still hasn't received a responce. About two weeks or so after I purchased the weapon I went back to try and talk to him but he wasn't there so I then asked an employee about the uts15 he still had on the wall. That employee did for sure tell me that weapon would cycle alternately between tube with selector in middle position. The tag on that weapon said uts15 so I asked to see the box and the box says uts 7+7. So even two weeks later after knowing that it wasn't the uts15 the store was still representing it as the wrong weapon. Any one who wants to see the pictures of the receipt , the box and the tag feel free to message me because it will not let me post it on the review. Because the box says uts 7+7 and the tag clearly says uts15. Even the receipt says a weapon that doesn't exist stating uts 14+1. So clearly they don't even know what weapons they have. Again the owner was very hostile saying that he can be a bigger dick than me when I was clearly not even being hostile. Still not even taking responsibility for selling the wrong weapon but offered me 25$ store credit that wasn't even worth all the hassle I have been through but it will cost me more to convert the weapon to what I thought I was purchasing. Didn't think half the cost of converting the weapon in store credit was enough but was then told again it's not there fault. Being a business owner I think he should have covered the whole cost to convert it to what I thought I was buying since clearly he doesn't know what he is talking about telling me a uts 7+7 doesn't exexist. I will never spend a dime at this store again. The owner is very rude and takes no responsibility for his store mistakes.","neg-1
