Good morning ***,Attached is the latest correspondence between us and the claimant giving him the most recent update of job completion.We have been in contact with the claimant several times prior to this correspondence to see how we can resolve this matter and complete the job in a
timely manner.We have completed a final walk through with claimant on 6/15/to create a final punch list of minor items needing to be performed to complete workAs of 6/15/15, claimant has only allowed contractor to enter job Monday.
