I'm renting a retail store which is managed by this property management company since May 2016 (new owner). The maintenance service is going down very bad. The area around the building is very dirty with litter garbage. Tenants moved out and dumped old furniture and garbage in the back area of the building. This problem leads to more dumping from the neighbourhood people. Informed this company and it took more than 4 weeks for them to call [redacted] company to remove the dirty mess. I phoned [redacted] and it said only take 1 or 2 days to remove the dump as soon as it get called and paid. There is problem with the garbage bin collection from the waste company. Missed 2 times now. Phoned the management team but the problem still happens again. The building is listed for sale again and the realtor brings the clients to my salon without any appointment ahead. This activity disturbs my business badly. In brief, my business is effected by this poor and bad service.
