Review: Was in an accident and found out after the fact that out of my four cars, this one, purchased in June of this year had only liability after I requested full coverage as I have on the other three vehicles. I called and left messages 10/29/2015 to have someone contact me about the accident. I had to call back 10/30/2015 to finally get in touch with Frank who assured me they'd have an adjuster out to look at my vehicle. Finally got in touch with the adjuster on Monday,11/2/2015 and he informed me I had only liability on this vehicle. I immediately called Mace Ins. and left several messages with no return phone call. I finally called that day again and got in touch with Frank, he said he would call me by the end of the day with answers. Didn't hear from him 11/3/2015 so called and left a message, no response. Finally got in touch with Frank and he said I requested just liability coverage which is a lie. I have always been over insured on every vehicle I have ever owned. I told him I would be changing Insurance agents and he said he would make a note. I will be sending a complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency as well as the NC Insurance Commission.Desired Settlement: I feel as if Mace Insurance should be responsible for the repairs, even though they are minor.
