myself and Mr D[redacted] on June 3, 2016 that she did not receive the checks and keys via email.  I responded on 6/3 and told her if she doesn't receive them by 6/6 to let me know.  Ms [redacted] stated that she did not receive the checks/keys on 6/7.  I advised her to wait until the end of that business day and if she did not receive them, I would have accounting cut new checks and she could come pick them up to avoid any issues with the mail.  I then received an email on 6/8 from Ms [redacted] stating she did not receive anything. I advised her to come to the office to pick the checks and keys up.  Ms [redacted] did just that and picked up the checks which included the security deposits along with the keys.  I apologized to her for the inconvenience and the situation was resolved. Please let me know if you need anything further.Thank you!Deanna T[redacted]Mace Property Management Phone [redacted]Fax     [redacted]

[redacted]I am responding to the complaint that I filed against Mace Property Management on 6-3-2016.  I complained that I did not receive the two security deposits and the keys to my property that were due to me.  I agree with the information in their response.  I did receive both items when I went to pick these items up at their office.  I have no complaint against the woman who managed my property.  She was the only one who would respond to my inquiries.  The owners of the company were unresponsive to my phone calls and e-mails.  I still feel that this was unprofessional on their part. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for their assistance in this matter.

Review: Mace managed my property at [redacted]. Our management agreement ended on April 30, 2016.

Tenants were notified their leases would not be renewed because the properties were going to be upgraded. The tenant in [redacted] moved out the end of April. She had been given the required 90 day notice. The tenant in [redacted] remained in the property with my approval. Mace was to return both security deposits to me. The tenant in [redacted] left a mess in the unit. I sent her a registered letter that the security deposit would not be returned. I also sent a copy of that letter to Mace. I expected that the deposits would be returned by May 15th since that is when Mace does their disbursements. I did not receive any money. I have called left messages, sent e-mails to Alex D[redacted] the owner. I did not receive ANY response to my inquires. I did get a response Deanna T[redacted] the property manager.

She said accounting has not closed my account. I have not received my money and Mace is totally un co-operative.

They knew the our agreement was ending 90 days before the tenants were to leave so they should have been prepared to disburse both security deposits, They are past the 30 day limit to refund the deposits to me. I want my security deposit money now.Desired Settlement: I want Mace to give me the two security deposits they owe me immediately. I know if a tenant does not receive their deposit in 30 days double the amount is due. If this applies to a landlord's refund I want double the amount.

Review: I have need received a sewage bill in eights months!!![redacted] was closed and [redacted] administrators took over due to residents not being billed correctly. I paid a serious of bills until my account became current due to the mis-billing by [redacted]. I then contacted my rental agency Mace Property Management and was told by my reality agent, Jennifer that tenants of Mace Property Management would no longer have the sewage bills in their name but the name of the owner of the property in which I live in. They also notified me that billing would no longer arrive every three months but I would receive it every six months...? The last payment I made left a $300.00 credit on my sewage account. The last bill I received was in July 2013, eight months ago. I have not been refunded the $300.00 since the sewage account for my apartment is no longer in my name. Additionally I have made multiple request from my rental agency to provide a letter of receipt verifying that they acknowledge the $300.00 credit I have on my sewage account and for a refund of the $300.00 since the account is no longer in my name. My reality agency, Mace Property Management is aware that I am in the process of moving and I feel this is the reason they are withholding my sewage bill. During the time I have rented with them I have paid my rent on time and in full. I am concerned that when I provide my sixty day notice stating that I will be vacating the property will they then furnish my sewage bill. I have emails to verify the above information. I have made copies of the letters I sent to Mace. I have receipts to verify payments if needed. I am forwarding this to Revdex.com because my agency is no longer accepting my telephone calls and have been avoiding me so they do not have to address this issue. I have contacted the sewage company [redacted] Administrator but they refuse to give me any information since the account is no longer in my name. Please help!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my $300.00 I over paid on my sewage account before it was taken out of my name and placed into the owner of the properties name.
