I called *** on a Saturday night, no later than Sunday the next morning did he get back to me stating my bike would be picked up in the next few days and I would have it at my door all the way across the U.Swithin business daysHis attitude, the way he presented himself, and his timeliness were more than we expectedNot only was he a pleasure to work with, but his no gimmicks pricing was a breath of fresh air after all the other companies we had spoken withFrom here on out I will no longer use any other transport company for delivering my valued belongingsWe definitely appreciate everything he did, but most of all the way he treated us through this processThank you *** @ Mach Expedited Transport!

I found Mach Expedited Transport service purely by accidentI am in Austin Texas and found a very desirable, very custom HD Heritage Softail for sale in Florida and bought itFor good reasons, they have excellent prices on HD in Florida....who knew! Well I put out on the internet a "bid" situation to have the bike shipped from Florida to TexasImmediately I had seven to bids from companies all over the countryEach had a website and claimed good serviceWell in talking to the majority of them, most could not prove they had a transport license from the DOTSure all had numbers but you can't find out if they are real, expired or what! And they won't prove they are insured eitherThen I stumbled across Mach Expedited Transport, a *** *** runs itWell I can't sing the praises high or long enough for Mach Not only did he have his licence and the ability to prove it, but a great insurance company and coverage in case there is damage in shippingJust to show you how great his service is....he has a tricked-out new covered trailer where all the bikes are specially strapped down not to move an inch, all are then wrapped in heavy moving blanketsIt looked like he was shipping eggs!!! I contracted with *** to bring my baby home, the form to fill out takes about minutesWhen he was two days out from pickup he called me and the seller to advise exact pickup timePicked up the bike and was in constant touch with me about when he would arriveWhen he did arrive, he unloaded the bike and drove it right into my garageNow that's impeccable serviceOh...by the way, his bid was almost the lowest one, 2nd lowest, out of bidders

Hired them to pick up a motorcycle I bought in Illinois. Spoke to [redacted] on the phone. we agreed on $500 for an enclosed trailer. He said he would pick up the bike on july 9th or 10th, 2 WEEKS after we spoke on the phone. As of 10:00pm July 9th (first pick up day) Illinois time he still had not contacted the seller to schedule a pick up time for the 9th OR 10th. I e mailed him to make sure he would get the bike on the 10th (as promised) since the seller was leaving town on the 10th (as I previously told him) and he called me back in a "tizzy" saying I was pestering him and he was doing ME a FAVOR picking up my bike and to leave him alone.
Than on the 10th he sent me a e mail saying the price he quoted me two weer earlier was too cheap and this pickup was to stressful and he wasn't going to fulfill the pickup obligation he made two weeks earlier.
Honestly, after all his CRAP, I wouldn't want him to TOUCH anything I own, anyway and would NEVER RECOMMEND them for ANYTHING to ANYONE!!!!!

We spoke at least twice a day throughout the process. Service was excellent and to me it seems impossible that Mach-1 could ever be rated anything less than high marks for professionalism, communication and quality of their equipment (maintained as new). Their fee for transport was also an excellent value when compared to other shipping options. I manage a worldwide customer support organization so I am particularly critical. On scale of 1-10 Mach-1 Expedited Transport is a 10.

I absolute had no issues with the shipping service or with the owner. I had texts and emails from him daily on location and delivery problems that arrose! By far the best decision I made was to go through mach 1. I will definitely be utilizing their service again!I reccomend this company to all!

I was referred to Mach-1 transport through another company, [redacted].

I agreed with [redacted] to have him pick-up my [redacted] on the 8th or the 9th of December 2013, from a friend's house in Florida and deliver it to Los Angeles with a delivery date of 4 days after pick-up which would have it arrive on the 12th or 13th. I only received a generally email acknowledgement and I did not receive a written quote or paperwork at this time which was a bit disconcerting.

By the end of the day on the 9th, [redacted] still had not arrived to pick up my motorcycle. I gave him a call. [redacted] did not consider that it was necessary to give me a call but nevertheless responded that due to a freeze delay in Texas, he was unable to pick it up until Wednesday the 11th. This would now push the date (based on it taking 4 days for delivery) to the 15th of December. Understandable, but the issue was that he didn't call at all and was just going to get there when he got there. I also mentioned that I hadn't gotten a quote or ANY paperwork with his information, and he told me that he would get the receipt signed by my friend (who he was picking it up from) and then email me a picture of it. This never happened.

Fast forward to today, the 16th of December, 2013, where I have been on the ground in Los Angeles for a a little over a week. I again hadn't heard anything from [redacted], so I give him a call and he says that he is currently in Phoenix AZ dropping off another bike and that he will be dropping my bike off on the 17th around noon. This is 2 days later than the original estimated delivery date. I said, "oookkkaaayyy?" as in, 'that really wasn't what we agreed upon,' and [redacted] said "Well, what's the problem?" and I said, that I had been kind of depending on my motorcycle being here in 4 days and that's why I went with him... without skipping a beat (and without instigation), [redacted] told me to "not be a [redacted] to him" because he "just drove my bike across the [redacted] United States." So I need to "stop giving him [redacted]." OBVIOUSLY taken aback, I waited about 10 seconds and said "Is there an actual reason you're being so unprofessional right now?"

There was no reason for me to finish the sentence, because [redacted] actually HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME... the customer... the guy who is PAYING him to drive my motorcycle all the way across the United States... about which, he deems I am being "a [redacted]" because I have an issue with him being 2 days late and brought it to his attention.

This is literally only the third time that I have spoken with him and he is willing to talk to me like that.

Because I don't want an "it-was-already-there-dent" to show up on my motorcycle, I freaked out a little. I have already called my insurance agent to fill them in on the situation and the potential of a claim.

I called the company that originally referred [redacted] to me, [redacted]. I told them all about what happened and told them they should never refer this shipper again. They said that they wouldn't. Additionally, I was able to get any and all info about [redacted] that I could. I verified his DL#, USDOT# and his MC#.

I then received a text from [redacted] which stated, "I'll be there about 12-1 tomorrow. $575 cash on delivery."

He had also called me again while I was on the phone with my insurance agent, so he left a message. The message is transcribed as he left it:

"Hey buddy this is [redacted] with Mach-1. Hey I don't need an attitude I told you ahead of time we got caught in that ice storm up in Dallas that put us back about 2 or 3 days. I took my route backwards in Florida, you're getting your bike tomorrow, I need you to call me back and let me know that I'm getting paid $575 cash on delivery. I don't need an attitude. I don't WANT to keep your bike...

"Second, there's a fricken receipt I gave your lady, so you gotta call my buddy [redacted] (Owner of [redacted]), who's a buddy, I don't work for him, I work for myself. And I didn't leave paperwork, that's [redacted], I gave her a signed receipt with from Mach-1 with inventory and everything, GET YOUR [redacted] STORY RIGHT. And second, text me back or call me back that the money will be there and that you will be civil about this, because if you're not civil, you can pick your bike up here in Phoenix at a warehouse. I'm not here in confrontation, I'm just doing my job and I do it well. I have a good reputation and you have to know that we're going 3,000 miles and when we take her out backwards because of a weather hold up, it is not my fault so please don't wreck my day and take it out on me."

I had my dad listen to it because it's almost a joke how unprofessional the owner [redacted] makes Mach-1 Expedited Transport look.

I then got another text from [redacted] stating "I need a reply ASAP from the message I left u."

I texted back "bring the bike, the money will be there."

Mach 1 and its owner [redacted] and it's owner are the WORST business I have ever dealt with to date. The fact alone that he started agressively cursing at me and then accusing me of not being civil is ridiculous and unfounded. The underwhelming amount of professionalism and attempt to actually 'be good at what he does' is absurd. He obviously has no concept of customer service or care and really is just in business to make a buck. I have NO IDEA how he is rated so well on [redacted].

Be weary, do not use Mach-1 Expedited Transport or its owner [redacted]. I have not received my motorcycle yet and have no idea of the condition of it, but I have notified my insurance company in the case that there are issues. If there are, I will write an additional review.
