Mach 5 Auto

On May 3, 2016, I purchased a Hybrid Battery (for [redacted] rebuilt by [redacted] ) from Mach5auto for $through ebayBut, they wanted a core deposit for $and said this deposit will be refunded fully when they get the core backSo, I paid $for the core deposit on May 6, On may 25, 2016, I returned the core and they received it on June 1, (Con-way Freight B/L # [redacted] ) But, Mach5auto have not refunded the core deposit to me yetOn June 15, 2016, a person named "Brian" sent me an email and said that he would sort it out and refund it the next dayBut, it didn't happen I called numerous times and left messages but, no responseI emailed so many times to them but, they have not refunded $for the core deposit to me yet
