This is my response to complaint by *** *** of ** *** *** *** **I looked at this job back in FebI was asked to meet with the insurance adjuster because *** could not make the timeI did & also spoke with the insurance company again because she would not get back
to themSo I did have a lot of contact with them and was able to get them to cover more damage*** set an appointment Feb14, 5:PMI waited with her husband, at 6:she finally called to say would not make it, after minute drive from my houseThis was the second time it happenedWe got together the next day and signed a contractWe started the next week, doing demo of plastered areas that were damaged due to the water pipe breakThe insurance company said that they would allow $10,for mold removalI set a price of $8,which we did completeWe also did all the demo work, replaced 500sf drop ceiling in basementSpend another $3,on plasterersOne plasterer refused to come back because her husband was complaining about me & his married lifeI started asking for paint colors, so we could start doing some of the rooms that were readyI started asking end of April Finally got a text picture of not so clear list of colors on July 27, I still have the text in my phoneAt the end of June, she asked if I had ElectricianI set day time and she cancelled days laterThis work was not part of my contractShe told him she would pay him when he completed the workShe refused to pay him and gave no reason and before that she and her husband told the electrician they stole the cabinets from a house that was being foreclosed on the next dayThese are the kind of people they areHe said he would swear to this in courtMy point is, we did $14,of work, plus paid the electrician $out of my pocketThey actually owe me $2,950.00*** ***

I have sent out the receipt and assume they have received that by this time.
