Review: [redacted] installed a new oil burning boiler at a home I own in 2012. He was paid $5850. The boiler has not been operating correctly for the last 4 months. When I called [redacted] he made an appointment to come look at it. He did not show up. After several more calls he finally did come and informed me that it would take an entire day to clean it and that it wasn't set properly (when I asked why the settings were wrong when he was the person who installed it, he had no answer) and made arrangements to come back the next day to do the work. He never showed up. After several calls over the last few months, he has never returned a call or shown up. I called other companies for estimates and after they examined the boiler, I was informed that the boiler was not installed correctly, settings were wrong, and that it would cost approximately $1200-$2000 for the needed work so that the boiler was working correctly and was safe. The required extent of the work needed will not be known until the boiler is opened and it can be seen how much damage the incorrect settings has caused.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted]i to be required to pay for the work necessary to properly install the boiler with the correct settings and to pay for any necessary repairs needed that are due to his incompetent installation, so that the boiler is functioning safely and correctly. He has failed to honor the warranty on his product and installation.

Review: This business installed a new furnace and air filtration system at my home in September 2013. The owner of the company installed the air filter making it virtually impossible to change because it's located too close to the water heater. This company has failed to respond to any of my voicemail messages requesting maintenance and service.Desired Settlement: Rectify the location of the air filtration system so it is not blocked by my water heater.
