Super sorry to have had this error occur, we had different customers commit to the same lamp within mins of our email going out to our subscriber list Email went out and almost immediately via text (we listed this as an option on our email to contact us quickly) we were contacted by customer #he committed at 10:but he wanted to pick up the lamp Monday and pay when picked up Customer #purchased the lamp at 10:I had went in at about 10;and made the lamp unavailable on my website, unfortunately I didn't save the changes and it allowed it to be sold again I felt terrible but honored the fist customer that committed See attachments for time stamps.I sent many emails looking for another bombsight, when I was unable to find one I contacted customer #and offered a substantial discount towards anything on our website, or a complete refund Jeffery asked for a refund I processed the refund within 10mins and we was fully refunded Here is a copy of the last email [redacted] (customer #sent me) "Sorry but I just thought I would let you know I filed a complaint with the Minnesota Revdex.comActually it wasn't meMy computer did it by mistake but I thought I should let you know instead of waiting four days [redacted] , Sent from my iPhone"

I am rejecting this response because:Mr [redacted] statement to Revdex.com is in conflict with the email he sent me on April 10, at 6:46pm PSTIn his he mail to me he claimed that his website processed two ordersMine being the secondIn the statement to Revdex.com he wrote that customer contacted him through an email on his website and that might be true but the only purchase on the website on April was mineThere was no malfunction on the website as Mr [redacted] suggestedThe option to purchase by email or phone on his website is untrueHe has a contact link but it is also specified that it is for questions and nothing about purchasing and besides customer didn't purchase the lamp until MondaySo it is pretty close to being apparent that a mistake was indeed made but that the owner of the lamp was me and me alone as of the 6th of AprilI was not only the first buyer I was the only buyer but Mr [redacted] saw an opportunity and took itHe left my order open until customer showed up on the following monday thinking that if in fact customer decided not to purchase the lamp or not show up at all he still had a sale and if customer one did show up and make the purchase he would profit by not having to pay shipping costs which he offers for free and are about $So for Mr [redacted] it turned to a win, win situationSo in summation Mr [redacted] sold the lamp twiceHis lack of business ethics and just midwest values are lackingIf this is the way he does business he should go back to the corporate worldThey reward you for that there

I am rejecting this response because:Mr [redacted] statement to Revdex.com is in conflict with the email he sent me on April 10, 2017 at 6:46pm PST. In his he mail to me he claimed that his website processed two orders. Mine being the second. In the statement to Revdex.com he wrote that customer 1 contacted him through an email on his website and that might be true but the only purchase on the website on April 6 was mine. There was no malfunction on the website as Mr [redacted] suggested. The option to purchase by email or phone on his website is untrue. He has a contact link but it is also specified that it is for questions and nothing about purchasing and besides customer 1 didn't purchase the lamp until Monday. So it is pretty close to being apparent that a mistake was indeed made but that the owner of the lamp was me and me alone as of the 6th of April. I was not only the first buyer I was the only buyer but Mr [redacted] saw an opportunity and took it. He left my order open until customer 1 showed up on the following monday thinking that if in fact customer 1 decided not to purchase the lamp or not show up at all he still had a sale and if customer one did show up and make the purchase he would profit by not having to pay shipping costs which he offers for free and are about $99. So for Mr [redacted] it turned to a win, win situation. So in summation Mr [redacted] sold the lamp twice. His lack of business ethics and just midwest values are lacking. If this is the way he does business he should go back to the corporate world. They reward you for that there.
