"AS IS" item. The customer has gone so far as to refute his Credit Card charge which would make him in possession of a stolen controlled item. We sold him an "AS IS" item that he received. If the customer wanted a new unit at the related pricing with the manual, tools and other accessories he should not have bought the used one.

Over the phone before paying for the item they stated it came with the tool for disassembly. They also made no mention of this item being over twice the size of a modern 22 suppressor. Crooks.
