Hi, I purchased a remanufactured cylinder head from Machine Shop Pros incoff ebay on January 5, for a car I am repairing I received a head which turned out to be the wrong year and type I promptly returned it with pictures of the head that I needed Nearly four months have gone by and I have made many phone calls, but I still have not received a replacement head So I have asked numerous times for a refund and have had no luck from anyone with authority to give me a refund I get apologies from the person I talk to, but no help otherwise Their customer service is very badAfter months of waiting and calling all I want is a refund I'm out $

I ordered a set of 062/casting number cylinder heads I found for sale by them on EbayLong story short they didn't ship them even after three weeks of constantly calling and always talking to the same guy named ClarenceDoesn't matter what button you push when calling, he answersSo September after three weeks and around phone calls I finally said enough is enough and cancelled my orderFast forward a few days and around 6-phone calls I finally got a good email to send my cancel notice, and a reply confirmationThree weeks later and phone calls later I still was being told their Refund Manager has never came inI claimed fraud with my bank to get my money back and strongly suggest you do too if in the same boatSeemed to me they were just stalling until after 60days when you can't get your money back

THEY ARE REAL SLOW TO GET YOUR REFUNDITS BEEN OVER A MONTH STILL WAITINGAND THEY CAN'T GIVE ME A GOOD REASON AS TO WHYSTILL WAITING FOR AN INVOICE ALSO

I would not purchase anything from Machine shop pros as when I got my cylinder head it was missing parts that I was told to be with it, after getting no response after calling , emailing and speaking to the same rude gal who gives excuses every time you ask for her supervisor I am left with no choice but to blast them for there horrible service. and on top of that , I was charged an additional $200 due to the core not getting returned on time , when I asked if I would get that back once they received the head, they said O no... it is way to late... = less then 45 days after purchase that is...
on top of that, the gal who answers the phone has the worst costumer service I have ever had to deal with. they flaunt fast shipping but truth is, they don't even have your parts built or ready... they only build as they are purchased... so the need it shipped yesterday is just a scam on fast service.... Don't buy from Machine shop pros in california !

Worst customer service ever. have been dealing with this Company for almost 5 months now. I had to wait 2 months on my heads because Clarance at the front desk wouldn't tend to the issue. was told I was going to receive calls back and they never came. no one seems to be in the office ever and Clarance says he will forward messages but when you finally get in contact with the person they say they never received the call. waited a month and a half on a check for a balance due to me. I would never deal with this company again.

Probably the worst customer service out of any company I've ever dealt with in the automotive repair business. Paid for my product on April 28th and it was not shipped out until May 12. I called several times for the status of my heads and was told I would receive a call back and did not receive a call back. My products set on their shelves for 2 weeks. Time is money in the auto repair business and having a vehicle down for 2 weeks is totally unacceptable

I purchased a pair of cylinder heads from machine shop pros using [redacted] I was waiting week after week so I started calling in this guy named Clarence keeps answering the phone and giving multiple excuses so finally a month passes by I call back and tell Clarence to have my money refunded and a week passes by and I call just to check if it had been processed, it wasn't so I asked him to take care of it and still no response. I call back the following Monday and talked to him again he said the person that takes care of the refunds was not in so I called every day that week and I still could only talk to him and the other person was out every day I was done. I called [redacted] told them this story they told don't worry and do not contact machine shop pros anymore and they will handle it. Two weeks later I received my refund thanks to [redacted]
