The final price is exactly what I told her that it would end being.Her shower can't leak because it has not been used yet. We had agreed upon times tostart, and my men often waited outside her door for 30 to 40 minutes each day. Shewould come to the door and tell us to wait until she was ready. She praised me and mymen every single day saying they did an awesome job. She even asked if she could tipthem when the job was done. I think after she sent the last off hours, late night, nastytexts, things went downhill. The texts were completely inappropriate on every level. Herpart time handyman was not skilled enough to handle part of her project and shelashed out at us instead of them. Every day she promised us tons of work probably inthe hopes of getting a much reduced bill. An old but sometimes effective trick. We werenot able to do a final punch list because she had her handyman doing odd jobs.
