Macias Custom Cabinets

Was referred to Jesus Macias and gave a large deposit for a custom counter and then he never replied to my texts or calls. It's been 3 months and I think I'll have to resort to the courts to get my deposit back. The worst.

Review: Macias did a kitchen remodel however the job was botched. The incorrect granite was installed and the cabinets were installed incorrectly. Macias acknowledged the issues and tried to fix the problem but were not willing to do it correctly. Macias stated he would replace the granite which I selected at the store ([redacted] however they never paid it entirely. The granite installers have been to my home to tear out the wrong granite and have tried to get the correct granite from the store however it has not been paid for. I have contacted the store and they indicated the granite was put back and that they usually only deal with the cabinet makers. The store has tried to contact Macias numerous occasions however he does not answer the phone nor has he tried to contact the store. I have tried called and texted and even gone to the Macias' shop to get them to correct the issues however they now will not do anything. My kitchen is torn apart awaiting granite installation (granite company is waiting for an invoice for the granite). This is an on-going situation that Macias has refused to rectify. I now have talked with Best Cheer and am awaiting whether they will allow me to purchase the granite directly and then have it installed. I will have to pay for the new granite and have to have it installed and pay the granite installers. This remodel was 'completed' in May 2014.Desired Settlement: I will like restitution for the completion of my kitchen with all the repairs, materials, and time spent by me and my partner - driving to and from granite store and Macias' shop - and time off of work for both of us.
