Review: I bought a bed from [redacted] and organized with my roommates as well as the door men in my new apartment that it be delivered and assembled on 1/5/16. it was delivered but not assembled. By 1/12/15 it was still not assembles, as was part of the service I paid for, and I finally asked for the item to be picked up and returned. They picked up the bedding for on 1/14/16. That is half a month I have paid in rent in my new apartment that I have not been able to sleep in. It's 3 girls living in a one bedroom apartment with all wood floors. Thats $51.61/day for 10 days at that I was paying rent for a room I was unable to reside in. Thats $516.10 that has been flushed down the toilet without the slightest concern by this delivery company.

Fortunately, I had a friend in the Bronx who allowed me to sleep on here couch but a 2hr commute each direction is entirely unforgiving when all my belonging where already in my new apartment.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the rent of $516.10 in which I was powerless to occupy my room.
