miles awayFor it it be fixed would only have took no more than three hours maxI offered back out of my gratitude but he and then wanted by hearsay on two different textsHe wanted done fast and could not wait, got it fixed on that sunday which I would of been there that sunday morning and did receive a text till sunday night that it was fixed.It did some right on how he was handling the situationWhat was done to it was added extra on his behalfI have books which I follow by code on all work preformedMY services were offered but his choice to to get some else to do work to it

I am rejecting this response because: I am having a difficult time following the response from this business.  I believe he is stating that I somehow voided a warranty by having the work done by another shop.  I need to stress, again, that I was over 600 miles away from his business. I was literally stuck in the middle of the road and the trailer needed to be towed by a wrecker. Waiting for him to come from Texas was beyond unreasonable it was ludicrous.  I have offered all receipts of the work conducted. I have even gone so far as providing pictures of the trailer, the damage and the work done. I find it incredible that he now has the audacity to raise a question of weight on the trailer. I provided pictures of the trailer collapsed in the middle of the road with only the car on the dolly and the bike on the trailer.....just as was described when I asked to have this built.  Does this business truly think that he owes NOTHING for this? Zero?! This business needs to understand the incredible liability that he placed himself and myself in by allowing this dangerous situation to leave his shop. Someone could have been killed on the road as a result of his poor workmanship. Make a offer that is sensible so that we can put this behind us without further deliberation and strain.
