Despite the reviews I chose to move with this company and I was very pleased with the serviceThey arrived on time and were very politeMy move was scheduled to run about hours and they got it done without going overThis made me very happy as I was under a budget constraint and really couldn't afford to pay more than what I was estimatedThe crew chief was very professional and kept me in the loop for the entire moveI'm very grateful they were able to make this overwhelming situation run smoothThis company is definitely using!

Review: The major problem is that this company broke 3 of my items. My computer desk, my safe and the glass cover over a picture. I didn't report the glass because glass can break during a move and I wasn't concerned about it. They said they wouldn't cover the computer desk because it is made of particle board which is not covered in the contract. I'm very particular about reading contracts before I sign them and I don't recall anything about particle board being on there or I would have just moved it myself. The safe is very nice and expensive! They told me I could just superglue the broken piece back on the safe which I tried and it didn't work. They determined they would give me back $30 because that is how much the safe was covered for by weight under the insurance. They never weighed the safe so I don't know how they determined that by weight. They told me they would send me the claim form via certified mail. I never received the form and called back in a week, they said they would resend the form. I've been calling back every week for months and they keep saying they will resend the claim form. This has been every week for about 2 months now. I have even verified my address with them and still haven't received anything. Most recently I've asked them to send it ground mail and still haven't received anything. I'm fairly certain that they never sent the for and don't plan on giving me anything back for the damage that they have done to my property.

Additional complains:

I used this company to move my items from a 1 bedroom apartment in [redacted], PA to a 1 bedroom apartment in [redacted], PA. I was unhappy with the entire move. Of the 3 movers one was constantly taking breaks and using my bathroom, and another told me it was his first day on the job. It took them 2 hours longer to move with 3 people then it did when I moved in with only 2 people. They also left a large brown mark on my tan couch, and almost left with one of the legs of the couch and my lamp on their truck. They left at least 5 sweat stains on my walls and furniture. I felt like I had to clean everything after they left. I usually don't write complaints about companies but this one was terrible and people should be warned.Desired Settlement: At the very least I would like them to send me the money that they said they would for breaking the safe. They did $100 worth of damage in my opinion, and that would be appropriate.

Review: I hired this company to move me on 1/25/14 @ 1:00pm and when that date came let me say was I disappointed and Robbed without a Pistol. First and foremost I signed a contract with this orginazation stating that I hired them and that if I cancel that I would be charged 25% cancelation fee.I received a call At 12:30 saying that they was canceling my sppointment and left me high and dry, if I would of done this with them they would of charged me a cancelation fee.It gets even better they mentioned to me that they would call me later in the day to see if I still wanted to show up once they completed there previous job or they would come out on Sunday 1/26/14 @ 9:00am to move me instead. Sunday morning I get a Call @ 8:50am from [redacted] the owner sayin that he is 10minutes away from my house. [redacted] shows up at 10:00am with this unprofessional crew with him looking like they were on drugs!!!! He never apologize to me or anything. I took him into my home and told him what needed to be moved out of my old apt into the new apt across the street from. I told him that my bill needed to be adjusted because my brothers n dad n my boyfriend moved my things for me and left The Refrigarator, Washmachine, Frame of the bed and dresser. For everthing to be moved out of my apt was a total of $317.00. I told [redacted] that He neeed to make adjustment to my bill beacause first and foremost my move date was approved for 1/25/14 not 1/26/14 and I had my family moved majority of my things. he argued with saying the price is is $317 how could that be when they were only moving 3items now. Then to top it off he demanded me to pay him upfront after they moved only 1 Item which was the washmachine. When they took it across the street to my new place, they damage my washmachine and scratched up my door way of my laundry room. I was told that if anything ( Aslo it states it in my contract)would be damage they would be responsible for it. They stoled items from my home. I see he is being investigated for FRAUDDesired Settlement: Damage to my furniture and damage to my wash/machine let alone they took items from my house and I want to be compensated for this.
