On Sept 9, 2015 I remembered customers mom had acct. so I called explaining about to go to legal dept. and I didn't want that to happen. Mom said that is not acceptable will give mess. Two days later customer calls spoke to [redacted] saying I gave too much information and I explained the above to [redacted] about her mom.
