We are sorry that [redacted] is having trouble with the freezer he purchased on December 20, He was told at the time of purchased All sales final and the warranty was thru GE.We are no longer in business, tell him to get in touch with GE for service on the freezer.Sincerely [redacted]

This being first notation contact was calledNo pay AugAugust 14, customer was sent a BEFORE SUIT noticeShe responded by calling and telling [redacted] on Aug19, she would be in next weekOn Sept 9, I remembered customers mom had acctso I called explaining about to go to legal deptand I didn't want that to happenMom said that is not acceptable will give messTwo days later customer calls spoke to [redacted] saying I gave too much information and I explained the above to [redacted] about her mom I do not know who [redacted] is referring to "these other people" The address we have for her is her mother's addressI don't know who I could have talked to in order to humiliate her that doesn't know her I guess I shouldn't have tried to help someone to not be sued Thank you for your time

2014. No pay April, May 2015. June 6th 2015 [redacted] called left mess on customers machine, also called contact person who replied "No longer speak to customer." This being first notation contact was called. No pay Aug.2015. August 14, 2015 customer was sent a BEFORE SUIT notice. She responded by calling and telling [redacted] on Aug. 19, 2015 she would be in next week. On Sept 9, 2015 I remembered customers mom had acct. so I called explaining about to go to legal dept. and I didn't want that to happen. Mom said that is not acceptable will give mess. Two days later customer calls spoke to [redacted] saying I gave too much information and I explained the above to [redacted] about her mom.   I do not know who [redacted] is referring to "these other people" The address we have for her is her mother's address. I don't know who I could have talked to in order to humiliate her that doesn't know her.   I guess I shouldn't have tried to help someone to not be sued.  Thank you for your time.
