Mack auction charged a 10% buyers premium which they didnt advertise on there sale flyer . A customer should be able to know pryer to the sale .
Buyers premium should be listed on there sale flyer so that a customer can decide wheter or not to attend the sale . In my case I drove 260 miles to the estate sale of *** 20/07/2019. Upon paying my bill I then was informed of a 10% buyers premium -- in my case an additional $129.50
In my case I want the 10% rfunded and in the future the buyers premium needs to be listed on the sale flyer
The buyer premium was clearly listed on our website over a month leading up to the sale. Signs were also posted at the buyer registration windows on the office trailer. All buyers needed a buyer number to buy during the sale. Buyers also signed their name accepting the terms and conditions of the sale. It is the buyers responsibility to understand the conditions which we sell by. If not, they could always ask questions. Also, before and during the auction sale, the buyers premium were also announced by the auctioneers throughout the day. No buyers premiums will be refunded to unsatisfied customers as we clearly let them know a buyer premium was in part of the terms and conditions.
