I thought Mr. [redacted] and I had worked out a solution, However, it all fell apart.I do not want to proceed any longer, and wish withdraw my complaint.  It is obvious that Mr. [redacted] has no interest in solving the problem. It is not worth my time and effort to proceed.  Thank-You for your attention to this matter.[redacted]

We spent many hours on the phone with Mr. [redacted] and are absolutely shocked with seeing this complaint. Mr. [redacted] is only now making a complaint 10 months after making his purchase and demanding a full refund? The issues here are that he has never expressed wanting to return his instrument...

nor has he notified us of wanting to return the instrument since the purchase back in April of 2017 until now and we are only finding out about it via the Revdex.com. Our return policy as it states on the home page of our website allows a 7 day trial period once the instrument has been received, not 10 months. We did speak to Mr. [redacted] shortly after he received the instrument and he only had very positive things to say and was very pleased. This is a grossly unfair complaint. Mr. [redacted] did send us a large envelope with a letter stating how he recently (in Jan of 2018) found a paper towel down the inside of the bell of his horn back. Not sure how the paper towel got in there but seeing that the towel was in near perfect shape I don’t think it was put in there at the factory and it certainly wasn’t put in there by us as we never use paper towels in our shop, we only use shams on our horns while servicing them. If Mr. [redacted] wanted to return his instrument we would have given him a full refund and paid the shipping as well back in April of 2017 and would have been more than happy to honor his wishes as we do aim for 100% customer satisfaction. To ask us for a full refund after using the instrument for 10 months via the Revdex.com complaint site is shocking and unfair.

I ordered a [redacted] from Mack brass. They have great customer service and they have high quality instruments. Its a clone of the [redacted]. I am extremely satisfied with my 1000$ purchase, it was a steal of a deal. Do yourself a favor and head over to mackbrass.com immediately if you are considering one of his many instruments.
