Hello,
This response from the business is not a completed resolutionI will accept after the business has completed his verbal agreement with myself and my *** that he will provide a refund in the amount of $for the portion of work that was not completed on the smoker that we purchasedMr*** phoned my *** on Wednesday to inform him that the refund has not been issued because they did not have funds available to cover the check which he was unaware of until recently because his *** did not share this information with himMr*** informed my *** that he had a couple of big jobs that he would be completing in the next couple of weeks and once those were completed he would personally deliver the refund check along with a water tank that we purchased online and had shipped to the business for use in the production of the smokerI will be happy to agree that this complaint is resolved as soon as Mr.*** delivers on his promise.

We ordered an MD360 from the Owner and were given a delivery time of approx. +/-4 weeks, within 1 week either way. To our surprise we were notified about 2-1/2 weeks later that the Smoker was ready for pick-up by the shipper. When it arrived we were absolutely stunned at the size and volume as the pictures don't do this Beast justice! The quality and design were as expected and anticipated, overall it looks very professional and well built. There were some questions that we had about operating and maintaining it and the customer service/patience with us was amazing. We'd searched all over for a Smoker that fit our budget when replacing/upgrading our old Smoker. Glad we settled with Mack Daddy Smokers and we highly recommend them even site unseen. Thanks Mack Daddy and the Staff everything is rockin' right along marvelously.

Regarding Case [redacted] the Customer has been contacted repeatedly about their Order and as a result a reduction in the original deliverables as ordered, which have also been completed and delivered. There is a small Balance that is due to be refunded and the details of that are being processed as expeditiously as possible. We will continue to work with the Customer until the process is completed thank you.
