I own a few gorgeous pieces from E.DMarshall JewelersThey only seem to carry quality items and their staff is extremely friendly and accommodatingEvery time I stop in to have my wedding band cleaned I feel like part of the familyThey are the only jeweler I will refer my close friends and family to because I know that the prices are reasonable and whoever they work with will take great care of them

On about August 15, 2017, I went to the Ed Marshall store in Tempe on Elliot and McClintockA female sales rep looked at a necklace and bracelet we wanted to sellThe pieces weighed grams and they were karat goldThe lady told me they were only worth $because gold prices were 'Way down.' I found out the next day that the price should have been about $ The company advertises that they will guarantee top prices for goldThey do not

EDMarshall televised an ad in which they claimed to have "Guaranteed highest gold/silver prices." When I called and received a quote on two rings, I found that they offered only slightly over 80% of the current gold value I informed the the rep that I could get 90% from a local jeweler and that I felt that their ad was misleading The rep said, "I'm sorry to hear that." and ended the conversation How is that a guarantee?
