I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE FORD DISTRICT SERVICE MANAGER, HE CALLED PURCHASING DEPT AND THEY PULLED THE ORIGINAL INVOICETHE VEHICLE DID NOT COME WITH NOR DID NOT HAVE A FACTORY SUN ROOFTHERE IS NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DOIT IS NOT FACTORY THE PEOPLE YOU ARE CHATTING WITH DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS INVOICING

I am rejecting this response because: The response from the business is a lie. Co-signing wasn't mentioned under the second vehicle (Jetta), my $1,000 down layment was never brought up again after the first vehicle (GMC Sierra), and yes, they did get me a new visor per our agreement in the "We owe you". The $300 check for the sunroof is also true after they said the sunroof wasn't factory, even though I called Fors and confirmed it was. Mr. [redacted] along with Mr. [redacted] then admitted that it was factory and called the technician that said it wasn't an it. I left with my $300 check, which they owed me for anyway in tje "We owe you". I had planned on never seeing them again until the Mack Grubbs Service Dept. called me again saying my black box was in to fix my sunroof, otherwise we wouldn't be filing this complaint. As per my statement, they had my truck for 2 hours until I called and now again are saying the sunroof isn't factory. Again, I have confirmed with Ford that it is and even Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] admitted so when I caught them in the lie.

after sveral hours of speaking to Ford and checking the original invoice of the vehicle there was not a factory sunroof. the cosinging was necessary due to each individuals credit level. we have done what we were supposed to. we do not appreciate being called liars. ford has no record of the customers calling to check on the sunroof. customers are issued a case # whebn they call ford. [redacted] is the GM. ,the web site has not been updated yet. We feel we have resolved our issues and are finished responding to this complaint. if there are any other information neede the Revdex.com personell can reach me on my cell phone.[redacted].

Ms. [redacted], The people you are chatting with online are subcontractors. They do not jhave access to all of the information that Ford Motor Company does. We have helped you with all of your issues.

Throughout the entire buying event we felt that both parties were purchasing toghether as co-signers. The 1,000.00 down payment is a normal proccess .  We agrred to #1-give them a check for 300.00 towards fixing the sunroof #2-we agrred to buy a sunvisor#3-we will be happy to give them a...

check for 100.00 for gasoline.

I am rejecting this response because:
 Sir, you're telling me that the manufacturing company that built this vehicle can't tell me if it came off the line with a sunroof? So first I need a case file number and now they don't have access to that info? You guys just can't keep your stories straight.
 
Mrs. Linda, as you can see there is no compromising with this company. These are the issues we've had since the beginning. Could you please tell me the next step to take in resolving this issue?
