Great service! Very professional and had no problem with taking time to answer my questions.

Showed up on time to perform preventive maintenance on 2 heat pumps. Service was thorough - spent a total of 3 hours on the 2 units. Technician was very cordial. This service was a nice change from other companies we've used in the past.

The serviceman, Tyler M, came out to do the quarterly inspection of my heating/cooling system today and he was very prompt, professional and courteous being very careful in his inspection. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! Called early morning, left message with answering service (who was also VERY professional and complete) regarding dead a/c. Made contact around 11:00 because of being away for a family emergency. Was put in the queue, and by 4:00 p.m. same day Sue M. was here and going to work on the problem. She didn't have the right replacement part, radioed for someone to bring it, they did, and by 4:35 p.m. we had a/c again! Wow! We have used Mack Morris for our routine service and regular preventive maintenance for nearly 7 years (ever since we moved in) and have always been pleased with their professionalism, expertise and responsiveness.

Mack Morris Heating & Air has done a wonderful job installing and keeping our heat pump system going. Their tech guys are very knowledgeable and prompt. The most recent tech guy, Andrew, was right on time if not a little early which was great. He was very neat, focused, helpful and quiet. He was very thorough and followed a set routine which he followed precisely.

We flip homes. We had just purchased a home here at Lake Monticello and found the A/C did not work. We called Mack Morris and Jonathan came out the very next day and gave us a diagnosis and a quote with which we could work.
Next Philip called to schedule. Their first openning was about 3 weeks out. I told him we needed better since we were working in this house with no A/C. He said he would come out the next morning and assess to see what could be done. He got the parts ordered and was able to send a crew Monday morning.
I found every person we dealt with professional and personable; from the first person who came out to the crew who installed the unit. Mack Morris is amazing and we are truly impressed!

Andrew was quite shy and quiet, but he did an excellent job in an efficient way.

From start to finish and great experience! Jim was really helpful, listened to my questions, answered them and made suggestions. The day of the install, the crew was on time, Jim came in to make sure everyone was on the same page for location of the unit and running the lines out and down the back of the house. Alejandro, Bret and Daniel were very professional and even wrapped an exposed line on the other ac unit outside. They were courteous, efficient and happy to answer all my questions and let me look over their shoulders.
If we need ac or furnace help in the future, I'm calling them first!
