I have had Mike Mack and/or his employees perform several minor repairs over the course of the last couple of yearsThe work has been performed when scheduled, communication and attitude of Mike and his employees was exemplaryLast week his crew did some gutter cleaning and a portion was overlookedI noticed this on the first rainfall, called Mike to report this and four minutes later received the message "will be right over" The problem was resolved in less than an hourWith follow up service like this I would recommend this firm to anyone
I called Mike on two very small jobs at our place in Farmington, and he called back within about days We talked about the jobs, cost and agreed on having the work done within a week Following day, I got home from work and the work we discussed was complete! No delays, work was greatHighly recommend
Contacted Mack of All Trades to provide estimates on a bathroom remodelI requested that the estimates be broken into parts in the event I had to have the work completed in stagesMrMack arrived, took measurements, listened to my requests and provided me four complete estimates within approximately three daysHis estimates were so reasonable I decided to have all the work done at onceDuring the work period he communicated with me regularly regarding progress, materials, etcI was very pleased with the work and the costWould definitely recommend and hire again
Contacted Mr.Mack about help with minor repairs in my elderly mother's home, also small jobs I cannot do with severe hip problem. He came and reviewed briefly my "to do"list. Was to email me an estimate.Never heard another word or even the consideration of a phone call.He advertises "NO JOB TOO SMALL"but apparently my minor repairs were not worth his time or effort.Believe he should either "revamp" his advertising or start practicing what he preaches. Extremely POOR customer relations will result if he does this to others who only have SMALL JOBS they need done. Wouldnot recommend him based on this experience!!
