Bait and switch attempt - said the final price would be $26,548.29, ended up being over $29k I spoke with Samantha [redacted] about a Toyota Prius Prime Premium on 9/She insisted she could sell the car for $26,(including all taxes and fees)I would have to fly to Annapolis to get this car and was in the middle of booking a flight when I realized that the math didn't add up Here is what she sent me: Sale Price: $29, Rebate: $2, WOW Price: $27, Processing Fee: $ Taxes: $ Estimated Tags: $ Final Price: $26, She insisted twice that $26,would be the final price and the math was rightI thought maybe she took more off the price, but forgot to list itWhen I pushed her further, she went back to her manager and said that she had miscalculated and the car would actually be over $29kFurthermore, she laughed it offThis is a serious error to make (assuming it was an error - which I doubt) and people who might not be as diligen

I feel that the service tech did not perform the required scheduled maintenance that is part of my prepaid plan On February 4, 2016, I took my Toyota Corolla to Koons of Annapolis for 30,mile scheduled maintenance (which included Multi-point Inspection, tire rotation, LOF and air and cabin air filters- Invoice number [redacted] .) I had prepaid for scheduled maintenance when I purchased the vehicle on December 19, The vehicle has a light on the dash that indicated low tire pressure and I had checked the tires and knew that the problem was the driver's side rear tire and asked that the service rep - [redacted] - to have the tech take a look at itAfter the service was completed I was told that there was no trouble found with any of the tires and that all the scheduled maintenance had been performed and all tires had been inflated to proper levelsOn February 10, the tire again was going flat due to the slow leakOn February 11, I took the vehicle ba
