Review: I attempted to order 1 pack of 3 boxer briefs on 8/**/2015. Instead the order was submitted for 2 packs for $144.00. At this point, according to their advertising, a 10% discount should have been applied. But it was not. I emailed immediately requesting that the order be amended to 1 pack ($72.00). I did not receive a response until more than 1 day later, and not before the order had shipped. Frustrated with the terrible customer service, I requested a full refund. I was provided a return sticker and I promptly shipped the items back on 8/**/2015. I was recently issued a refund for only $129.60; $14.40 less than what I paid for the items. I promptly contacted the business and received no reply. I have never dealt with a retail business with such bad customer service.Desired Settlement: Full refund for what I paid immediately.
