I said they should have gotten the correct one and then swapped it, that wasnt good enough for them, the mirror also does not stay in position, when you shut off the truck and turn it back on it goes to the bottom right which is an issue as it has to be re-positioned and that doesnt happen instantly, I have to put the window down and manually push it to a spot before it will go! They assured me that only the "exact match" would work and that it WAS the exact match! Furthermore I wont know if it has a defrost mode that works until it gets cold enough! how do you test that? Point is, their man messed up when he ordered it, despite having the VIN number of the vehicle!
