A refund was issued  by check to him 2 weeks ago.

Mr [redacted] was due to go on the Wake Island tour which was cancelled and then rolled over to the Iwo Jima tour.  We did hear from him prior to departure that he was unable to go but with a small staff we have we were getting materials out to all passengers. Then a number of us left for Guam and...

Iwo Jima.  We were gone for 2 weeks and then got back to catch up his prior email was missed with all that had been received .  I apologized to him on the phone and he has received a full refund.
