This guy is a scammer He has many complaints against him and is trying to scam me Also I am the head of my house and the main person on my mortgage and deed I didn't sign it and refuse to pay for a service I didn't request and I hand delivered the star program forms and information to the county I refuse to pay for services not rendered

It is bad practice for a company to send an official county form in an envelope to new home ownersMost people that open this letter and see the Nassau county form are under the impression that they are filing for the star program themselvesWhen buying a new home, home owners are inundated with paperwork to fill out and we were under the assumption that this was not a third party serviceI would not have knowingly filled out the form if I was aware that I would be able to file for free myselfAfter filing the form we were not contacted to confirm this service nor did we receive any other corospondence until we recieved a bill for these services This is not the first time that this company has knowingly misled vunerable new homeownersThis is an unacceptable way to conduct business as it is misleadingDue to the misunderstanding on our part and the misleading practice in the part of this bussiness we think that it is fair to pay a reduced fee.
