On June *** *** was paid $9750, which I secured from a Mass Save loan, after he installed a *** *** water heater/boiler at my condoThe electric hookup for the boiler was included in this price but I later learned the electrician did not show up that day*** stated he would follow up with the electrician, *** ***I have made numerous calls to *** asking when this was going to be scheduled as I've had liberal vacation time over the summer *** has only returned two of calls during which he said *** was busy was larger jobs and could not get over for something this small Finally I called *** *** directly and after a brief conversation - he said he could not talk and drive at the same time and asked me to call him that evening at 5:30, which I didI have called him several times sinceHe has also not returned my calls At this time, I have paid almost $10,and have no heat source which I am likely to need next monthI also have little time to take off
