In regards to the aforementioned complaint: As with all consumers who purchase a used vehicle fromour company, we truly value [redacted] ***'s businessMr [redacted] however left a $deposit ona used truck with the intent to purchase while requesting that extra work be performed to thetruck outside of what is required by law governing retail automotive salesThis work was performed andfound to be unsatisfactory to the customerIn further attempts to appease Mr [redacted] we offered toagain make additional repairs to meet his requirements, however these attempts were refused.This truck was taken out of stock (disabling the ability to sell to other consumers seeking same) andnearly one thousand dollars was spent on extraordinary expenses specified by Mr [redacted] in our attemptto meet his needs.This vehicle was thoroughly inspected prior to the sale, in a fully functional, safe state and prepared fordelivery to Mr [redacted] C [redacted] before the customer's refusal of sameTherefor the consumersdisputed amount was withheld (within our legal rights) to minimalize the financial loss of the consumerscancelled transaction.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] the sale of this truck was contigent on my paying off my other car after two weeks I called and told them this would not be happening as for work on the truck its pure horse pucky they did nothing to it this place is a shame I want the $back nothing more I have also filed a formal complaint with the nysag's office this place needs to be put out of business for ripping customers off

I have emails, voice recordings. to prove what im saying is true! they refused my warranty service and new tires they were supposed to put on before I bought the vehicle because ..quote" I gave them a bad review on google " due to their negligence to return a email or phone call I made it a point to ask them in the emails about repairs that were needed only to be ignored conveniently right up to a week before my warranty ended. it took me to drive up to the businesses to get a response... what I need is a lawyer...im making arrangements to get legal counsel. the olny way this will be resolved.

in conjunction withsameThis vehicle was thoroughly inspected prior to the sale, in a fully functional, safe state andpresented for purchase to *** *** for which she accepted.Although it was not a covered item under the NYS Limited Warranty, when om company was notifiedafter the sale, that Miss ***'s passenger door lock was not functioning properly, our managementteam took action, and assisted Miss *** in facilitating the repair at our costOur company was nevernotified of any tire(s) issues.In regards to her most recent complaint, it appears as though Miss ***'s heat, while functioning, isnot working to its intended capacityThis repair is not a warranty covered repair, so unfortunately ourcompany cannot cover the cost of sameMiss *** was offered multiple used vehicle warranty optionsat the time she purchased the vehicle which may have assisted in covering her repair, however shedeclined such offers.Sincerely, Justin R***

inspected and prepared for the customers completed transactionWell over a month passed (while our company also accrued additional floorplan costs) before Mr*** backed out of the deal due to financial restraint. Our companies cost Incurred by the failed transaction was far greater than the $deposit garnished by Mr***While his circumstances were unfortunate our customers are made aware of our companies policy in regard to vehicle deposits. This letter is in response to complaint E)# [redacted] by [redacted]. The Consumer was asked on numerous occasions to produce a promissory note in regards to the missing key fob. We are a used car dealership and often do not receive all of the keys or key fobs that come with a vehicle. If this...

vehicle was missing the key fob and we made an agreement to supply this, we would have supplied the consumer with a "we owe slip" indicating that we had an agreement to provide this as part of the deal. We stand by our vehicles and business practices here at Mackey Automotive. Our records indicate that no such note was given to the consumer and if the consumer can provide this to us we will gladly supply the requested key fob. Thank you for your attention in this matter. The sale of this truck was contingent on my getting my car loan paid off this did not happen and they were told this I was told I would get my money back then they decided to keep it instead all I want is what's right my $400 dollar back and this can end
