Tom Mackey did several repair jobs on our home. One involved replacing wood and framing parts on an external wall. He promised 2 years ago to repair and has yet to do so. In addition he remodeled our bathroom 1 1/2 years ago. The caulking is cracking and looks like mold is growing behind it. In addition the floor molding is warped and cracking. I have tried numerous times to reach him via phone with no return call or response.
