To Whom It May Concern, The SRM 1850 purchased by our customer on March 4, 2014 specifically carries a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase.  The product was well past the warranty period in this case.  It is also very hard to quantify the complaint Mr. [redacted] describes. ...

The complaint is that the PCB has “gone bad”.  Without confirmation from a service technician of what caused the PCB to fail, it is impossible to know if the failure was a warrantable failure in the event the product was still active in its warranty period.  I have researched our service records and do not see any record of Mr. [redacted] contacting us regarding his situation.  I have reached out to Mr. [redacted] to get specifics related to his product such as serial#, and the service center he has been in contact with.  Thank you, John H[redacted]Global Service Manager[redacted]@loudtechinc.comLoud Technologies Inc
