Mackie Moving Systems do not provide satisfactory customer service in my opinionThere initial settlement proposed to me from a botched moving day was to not charge me more than what was quotedWhat?? In going up the management ladder I received a small discount, less than the tax on the invoiceIf Mackie was a restaurant they would charge you 90% of the cost of a bowl of soup that had a fly in itAs there manager said to meThere only obligation to the customer is to move you on the day we said we would move youHow, what, where, when, does not matterThe sales people and their shiny brochures are meaningless
Our moving day was to begin mid morning, thankfully for them I phoned the office late morning and asked, where are you? The office said they should be there within the hourI called my sales rep at 12:pmand askedWhere are the moversHe said you mean they are not there yet, I know nothing about thisThey showed up and started moving at 2:pmOur day move is now a night moveWe had appointments the following morning and being close to years old did not want to be still moving at midnightWell, the last item from the truck came into our new home at 11:pmBy the time we found bed linen, moved some stuff around we were going to bed at almost 2:am The young staff members from Mackie were exhaustedThey had completed another move in the morning and they had all started work at 6:amI felt sorry for themMackie had added two more staff to help since they were running so lateThis just complicated the situation more as they were putting things down in the wrong rooms and wrong floors as we could not keep up directing staff, being exhausted ourselves after being up since 6:am anticipating a mover starting between 8:am and 9:am ***Simply not up to the task, office and communication processes are off trackNo excuse for such a poor performance and at the end of the day the customer pays just about the quoted priceOnly in the moving business I guess

The delivery team I had were courteous , cautious with my belongings and went above and beyond while delivering my fridgeThey reversed the door direction on my fridge at my request, as I was told they would; but it turns out it is considered an extra serviceBuyron was very capable in completing the task and Levi was so kind and friendlyLevi's personality is an asset to your company

I had a washer and dryer delivered from a big box store. The gentlemens names that came to my home were Levi and Kester. They were efficient, quick, polite. I felt At ease having them in my house. I would definitely recommend this company to others, and I would ask for these men by name.

The delivery was on time, very good service and nice delivery team. Good job!

I received a delivery today of a fridge, stove and dishwasher. The movers, Anthony and Byron were wonderful! They were very careful to ensure that all items they delivered were handled with care. They also took care around all of the items in the kitchen making sure that all movements did not come in contact with the door, counters or the floor. Anthony and Byron were polite and very professional. I felt that my new appliances were in very good hands with these two gentlemen. I would definitely recommend them!

I received a delivery for a new washing machine today and was extremely surprised by the care taken by the movers Levi and Buyron. They removed my old washing machine and replaced it with the new one. I was expecting them to just leave it in the laundry room for my husband to connect but they far exceeded my expectation and not only connected the machine but insured that it was level to the floor and positioned straight in its spot.

I want to thank the gentleman for their professionalism and their customer care.
