June 11th, Washington Revdex.com In reference to ID #*** To whom it may Concern: I am writing in response to the complaint filed against my organization on 4/17/by a Mr***His claim is that we ignored requests to cover damages to personal property made by a mold
issue that arouse during the 1year warranty period on a new construction home he purchased from my organizationMr*** was fully aware that I was waiting to see if a claim could be issued through our insurance company in regards to the expenses I paid out of pocket to make the repairs necessary to his home and to help compensate his damaged personal propertyMr*** had full contact information for my organization, my local *** *** Agent, and our National Insurance Underwriter for my commercial InsuranceMr*** was fully aware at the time of his complaint that I and my insurance agent were having difficulty getting a response from our underwriter despite multiple attemptsAt no time was communication ever ignored with Mr***, we actually encouraged Mr*** to call our broker and our underwriter to help speed up the claims processAfter several months we finally received notice April 7th,from our insurance underwriter that no mold claims can be made in the state of WashingtonUpon receiving this information I then contacted the ***s on April 8th to negotiate a settlement, which would I would be paying for out of my pocketAfter our conversation Mr*** informed me via email he felt that $3,was a fair number to replace his damaged items, but yet could not provide me any receipts or truthful valuations to support his claimOn April 22nd a settlement of $2,was agreed upon for claims to the ***sOn May 5th a claims release form was emailed to Mr*** for his signature prior to receiving his fundsAfter numerous days of no responses, a certified may copy of the release form was sentUpon receiving the signed and notarized claims release from Mr***,a cashier's check for $2,was sent to Mr*** via certified mail on 5/28/Thus closing out this issueAs you can tell his complaint was filed 4/17/2015, which falls right in the middle of our negotiating for payoffI have numerous emails time stamped as well as certified mail receipts with his signatureThis complaint against my organization is not justified in the fact that at no time was communication ignored or cut off from Mr*** per his claimThe major mold remediation and testing done to his home were performed by 3rd party contractors whom Mr*** either hired or wanted us to use, though I paid for everything up front and out of my own pocket, with Mr*** having to accrue any of the expensesI have the necessary time stamped documents emails and phone records if need be to support all of my factual information that at no time was Mr*** ignoredI believe that there was a frustration level reached with the amount of time taken to finally resolve all aspects of the issue, but that was mainly in part due to my insurance underwriter ignoring numerous requests for status reports, claim information, and having no general communication from November to March During that entire time I took it upon myself to make sure no matter what the outcome would be Mr
*** home would be repaired to his specifications and liking
If you require documentation for proof of my claims, I encourage you to contact me direct with your specific requests and I
will be more than happy to send over any and all requested documents
Thank you,

Re: ID # [redacted]- [redacted]
This email is a response for Kevin M[redacted] Designs and Development with regards to a complaint my husband and I had sent to Revdex.com. During the inspection of the house the agreement was, Kevin and his company are supposed to cover up all deep and exposed nail heads on the siding of the house. He claimed that he has done so, we trusted him, but later found out that only a few was done and not all. The molding in the attic was caused by lack if ventilation in the attic. No roof vents were installed from the beginning, he did agree to install roof vents but he only paid half of the cost for mold remediation. We wanted it fixed and dealt with and did not want to argue with him in regards with the cost so we agreed to pay part of it. The current leak that we have on the same side of the original leak was caused by deep nails and or exposed nails on the siding. As for him not receiving any voicemails or phone calls is not true. We have tried to contact him for the past year and a half with the same phone number([redacted]) we have used from the beginning of the issues but not a single phone call nor messages was returned. We would greatly appreciate if the garage ceiling is patched up and also the rest of the exposed or deeper nail holes covered. In regards to yearly maintenance, it is done almost every six months due to having a lot of problems with the house. we have spent a lot of time and money to keep water from getting into our home. Also, the seller and his agent failed to let us know that our neighbor owns 2 feet of the property inside "our" fence. We had only found out about the property dispute almost a year into owning the house.

To whom it may Concern:
I am writing in response to the complaint filed against my organization on 10/3/2015. The complainttowards my company is unjustified e to the fact that all of the issues that the buyer has...

brought upcame 3-1/2 years past the purchase of the house, which is well beyond the allocated 1yr warranty.Furthermore, we do not monitor ho houses are maintained that we have sold and therefore it couldbe determined that the issues post the 1 yr warranty to be negligence on the homeowners part in notperforming basic homeowner maintenance. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to perform theirown annual maintenance.
In regards to two issues the home owner had prior to the 1 yr warranty expiring, I will agree with, arethe roof leak which was repaired, and the mold issue in the main floor powder room which wasremedied and repaired to the satisfactory of the homeowner. For the remaining siding, flashing, andother issues, this work was had been remedied prior to the final sale of the house and had beenapproved by the buyers as being satisfactorily complete as well. No questions or concerns were evermentioned during the inspection process of the home prior to t he closing of the sale by thehomeowners.
For the mold in the attic, this issue me up after the buyers moved in, and the cause was traced backto lack of air flow in the wash rooms i.e. they were not using the fans when running water in either ofthe two upstairs wash rooms or the stairs laundry room, and their 24hr whole house fan was notproperly set. We agreed to pay for If of the remediation cost as a good faith gesture.
The hole in the ceiling in which the the home owners say never got repaired; I am willing to take care of. Theoriginal reason for leaving the hole open was to ensure the roof leak had been repaired. We also agreedto extend the warranty on the roof for an additional year from the moment the actual roof leak wasrepaired. The hole I thought had been patched over a year ago and now this is the first time I amhearing about it and therefore I have no problem taking care of. As far as my company never returningphone calls or being hard to get a hold of, I have no record of any voicemails being left, and I have madeit a point to not "Text Message" with customers, which I explained to these buyers 3 years ago, due tothe tone of how a text can easily bet taken out of context. I will get in touch with the buyers and get thesheetrock patch done in the garage in a timely fashion.
