I see that this is coming from the San Diego Revdex.comSince the purchase of this company and new location I do not believe that it is under the San Diego Revdex.comWould you still like a response on this complaint? Just want to understand the process and what the process is now

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We understand that Ms. [redacted] is not satisfied with our services at this time.  She expressed such to our office the same day she did to the Revdex.com. We have taken these additional days to research her file and all of information and to work with her towards a mutually agreed upon resolution....

 The recap of her file details and our resolution is as follows: Ms. [redacted] enrolled on March 1st 2017 (not January) into our program.  The accounts to provide service on were detailed and listed clearly in the contract she signed. She made 2 payments (not 4) of $329.08, for a total of $658.16, towards her holding account for services to be provided.  The holding bank charges $13.95 to maintain the holding account.  That fee was charged to her account for March, April & May for a total banking fee of $41.85.  Additionally Ms. [redacted] was provided the services as contracted for April & May. The fee for those services paid to Macklock total $316.  The balance remaining in her holding account is $300.31.  This is the amount that Ms. [redacted] has available in her holding account and is due upon cancellation.  However, since we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our services and she has expressed that she is not, we have contacted her and agreed to process a refund balance of $498.31, which includes a refund of fees for a portion of the services we did in fact provide as agreed and contracted in addition to the balance of funds in her holding account.  She stated on the phone today that this was a reasonable resolution.Thank you for contacting us about this complaint.  We work hard to provide quality service to all of our customers.  Sorry that this was escalated to the Revdex.com, we were in fact still working towards a resolution on our own and we hope that both you and the client feel this matter has been resolved.Sincerely - Macklock Team
