Refuse to Refund for Defective MerchandisePurchased a sofa & loveseat spending >$1,000. Noticed after the FIRST time someone sat on it the back cushions were lumpy. Not only can you feel the lumps you can SEE them. The store refuses to accept the furniture back and offered to 'send me some stuffing' to stuff my BRAND NEW sofa & loveseat. This is not acceptable as I can only imagine what it will look like after a month of use. I was told by customer service that 'All Sales Are Final' after my purchase and at the time of my complaint, not when purchasing. This should not apply to defective merchandise and I should not be having to repair $1,000 furniture that has been sat on once!! This is the worst customer service I have ever had on ANY merchandise! I asked to speak with the owner and was told she didn't know when he would call me back. Poor, poor business practices. I do not want a repair, I WANT A REFUND!Desired SettlementI WANT A REFUND!! I DO NOT WANT THIS DEFECTIVE FURNITURE.Business Response /[redacted]/To Whom this may concern.Mack's Furniture Warehouse has been in business for the last sevens years, and as a community based furniture company we pride our selves on positive, helpful, and friendly customer service.In response to the complaint made, Our company has a No Refund Policy which is posted though out the store. However we do offer ours customers a one year warranty, on top of the manufacture warranty. Once we where made aware of the customers dissatisfaction with the merchandise, Our staff tried extremely hard to resolve the issue. The customer was contacted by both the owner and co-owner, of the store. We did our best to help the customer by offering her different options that we could explore to satisfy her. We contacted the manufacture on how we should proceed, due to the item having what the customer thought was manufacture defect. The customer was argumentative and did not allow us to rectify the problem. The customer contacted the Revdex.com without allowing Mack's Warehouse the opportunity to rectify the situation.
